Operation Features

With one push of a button, either on a pendant or a wrist band, your system is activated and signals our state-of-the-art monitoring center. The operator then starts the notification procedure that you specified at the time of installation.

COSTS

Your HOME MEDICAL MONITORING SYSTEM can costs less than a dollar per day. You do not buy any equipment. With only a modest installation fee and a low monthly monitoring fee, you will be able to get help when you need it, anytime of the day or night.

WE TAILOR A RESPONSE TO YOUR NEEDS

At the time of installation, we complete a very detailed profile. Included in this information is medical history, medications, family doctor, hospital of choice, and many other details that will let us tailor the help you receive to your needs. We also ask you to instruct us on who we send to help you if we receive an alarm. You may want to a family member or neighbor called or you may prefer to have us send the emergency squad - the choice is yours.

FOLLOW UP MONITORING

After we receive your alarm and send help our job is not complete. Our operators check back with responders or medical personnel to be sure you are receiving the help you need.

EQUIPMENT

While no equipment can be expected to be maintenance free, we do everything possible to ensure that it will work when you need help. The HOME MEDICAL MONITORING SYSTEM unit is programmed to self-test once each month with no intervention from you. The unit also is equipped with a rechargeable battery back-up to operate the unit during power failure. The pendant is water proof and comes equipped with a five year battery.

If problems develop with any part of your system, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge to you.
